Try new things?

So tonight I’ve been pondering how often we really get out and try new things- in this instance it was food.

I’m not really that brave when it comes to food, I guess you could say I’m a creature of habbit, and once I find a good thing, I tend to stick to it.

Here in Melbourne however, we’ve been lucky enough to be surrounded by so many different types of food.

We stumbled across an Ethiopian Restaurant through trip advisor and off we went…

Letting the woman in charge of the restaurant lead the way, we were served sharing platters, and what can only be described as dish sponges; huge circular wraps, which were apparently fermented wheat that lays to rest for 5 days before being served!!

Now- despite the look, and the lack of cuttlery (hence the dish sponges) it was quite a fun experience, and the food was pretty tasty.

So from now on, I might just be a little bit more adventurous when it comes to what goes on my plate!!
